You may encounter some environmental hazards associated with biotic factors through the scope of your field research.  These can include interactions with wildlife, exposure to poisonous plants, encounters with hunters, bites and reactions from insect stings, exposure to vector-borne diseases, as well as potential exposure to zoonotic diseases.
