The lab has accounts with two local suppliers of specialty gases used for analytical activities:  Roberts Oxygen and Airgas, which both have branches in the Cumberland area and provide delivery to our facility on a weekly basis.  Roberts Oxygen is our preferred supplier.  Individual research projects are responsible for the costs associated with the purchase of the gas in the tank, while the lab covers the monthly rental fees assessed on each tank.

Our current delivery day is Wednesday from Roberts Oxygen. In order to be sure that your item will be delivered on time, please submit requests on the preceding Monday before noon. That will enable Roberts to provide you with your item by the following Wednesday. Please keep in mind that new or uncommon items may take additional time to arrive.
